Cookie policy
This page explains which cookies Cozy & Chic Store uses on this website, what they are for, and how you can change your choice. For how we handle your personal information in general, see our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages, such as what is in your cart.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the shop to work and are always on.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| cozy_chic_store_session | Keeps your cart and checkout details while you shop. | 120 minutes after your last visit |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms on the site from being submitted by someone else. | 120 minutes after your last visit |
| cookie_consent | Remembers the cookie choice you made so we do not ask on every page. | 180 days |
| twk_*, TawkConnectionTime | Set by tawk.to, which runs the live chat button. They keep your chat going from page to page and let our staff see earlier messages when you come back. | Up to 6 months |
| checkout_details | Only set if you leave "Remember my details on this device" ticked when you order. Keeps your name, phone number and location, encrypted, so the checkout form is filled in next time. Remove it with "Not you? Clear these details" on the checkout page. | 365 days after your last order |
Optional cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies at the moment. If we add cookies that help us understand how the shop is used, they will only be set when you have chosen "Accept all cookies", and this page will list them.
Other services
The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. We count visits to the shop with Betterlytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you; it runs whatever cookie choice you make. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy and cookie terms; nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you click one.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
